What this website does and does not do

This website shows my work and lets you contact me. There is no shop, no user account, no newsletter, no advertising and no tracking. I do not sell or share your data.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. Framer runs its service on Amazon Web Services (AWS). When you visit a page, the servers automatically process technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the page you came from, and date and time of access. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is a working and secure website.

Framer processes this data on my behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Personal data may be processed outside the EU, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More: framer.com/legal/privacy

Contact form and email

If you write to me through the contact form or by email, I process the data you give me: your name, email address, topic and message. I use it only to answer you and, if you ask about a print, a talk or a project, to prepare an offer. Form submissions are stored by Framer and forwarded to my inbox. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for inquiries that may lead to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

I delete your messages once they are no longer needed, unless tax or commercial law requires me to keep them (up to ten years for business correspondence and invoices).

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for analytics or marketing. Only technically necessary data is processed, so there is no cookie banner.

Links to other websites

This website links to Instagram and LinkedIn. These are simple links, not embedded plugins. No data is sent to these services until you click a link. After that, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just write to info@justusrehn.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The authority responsible for me is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW), Düsseldorf.
