Questions & answers
Questions about talks, brand projects and prints, in one place.

What do you speak about?
Leading through images: why a picture, a metaphor or a symbol moves people further than an instruction. The talk builds on my chapter WOLFPACK in the anthology “Macht in Transformation”. I adapt it to your audience and to the change you are working through.
Do you run workshops as well as talks?
Yes. A talk opens the topic, a workshop puts it to work with your team. Tell me who will be in the room and what should be different afterwards, and I’ll suggest the format.
How do I book you?
Use the contact form and choose “booking a talk or workshop”. Include the date, the place or whether it’s online, and the size of the audience. I read every message myself and reply with availability and a proposal.
In which languages do you speak?
English and German.
What do you bring from your own experience?
Twenty years in leadership roles across operations, real estate, international transformation and IT, in Germany and Australia. I know where decisions get stuck, how change gets resisted and what it takes to move something forward anyway.
Where can I read more?
In my Field Notes, where I write about leadership and brands through the lens of my aerial photography, and in my chapter WOLFPACK in “Macht in Transformation”.
What does brand strategy mean in your work?
Finding the sentence that explains why a business exists, before anyone talks about a logo. Positioning first. Then the identity that makes it visible.
Who do you work with?
Founders and companies who know what they do but want to be clear about what they are, whether they are starting something new or have outgrown how they present themselves.
How does a project start?
With a conversation about where the business stands and where it wants to go. Choose “a brand strategy project” in the contact form. Scope, timing and price are agreed in a proposal before any work begins.
Why does the work run through 477 Design Co.?
477 Design Co. is my studio for brand strategy and visual identity, founded in Düsseldorf in 2025. Brand projects are carried out there, together with the people each project needs.
Do you work with other creatives?
Always. Good brand work is never a solo act. I bring together architects, designers, photographers and the people inside the company, and I see that as half of the work.
How do I order a print?
Choose a photograph and use “Ask about print”. Your enquiry includes the title, collection and code automatically. You can also find a photograph directly in the enquiry form. Tell me what you have in mind and I’ll reply personally with availability, formats, finishes and a quote.
What does an edition of 15 mean?
Each motif is limited to 15 physical prints across all sizes and finishes combined. Choosing a different format or frame does not start a new edition. Availability is confirmed personally when you enquire.
Which papers, frames and finishes can I choose?
Options shown for a motif can include a rolled fine art paper print for your own framing, framed presentations and an acrylic face mount without an outer frame. The detail page shows the material and presentation images available for that photograph. I’ll confirm the exact paper, finish and any certificate details in your quote.
How do I choose a size, and what will it cost?
Start with the space where the photograph will hang. Include your preferred dimensions, a wall measurement or a photograph of the room in your message. I’ll help you choose a format and presentation. Pricing depends on the motif, size and finish and is confirmed in a personal quote.
Can you ship the print to me?
Please include your delivery country and, if relevant, a date you are working towards. Shipping options, costs and production timing are confirmed with your quote before you order. They depend on the format, finish and destination.
Can I license a photograph for digital use?
Yes, you can enquire about a digital image licence instead of a physical print. Choose “Digital image licence” in the enquiry form and describe the intended use, publication channels, territory and duration. I’ll confirm whether the image is available for that use and propose the scope and price. A print purchase does not include digital usage rights; any licence is agreed separately.
